The Pennsylvania Automotive Association (PAA) is a trade association that represents
the more than 1,200 new car and truck dealers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

“PAA started working with Connie Siegel,” said J. Paul McMillen,
President of the association, “practically from the inception of your firm. Actually,
it was my predecessor who established the relationship, which in turn was passed

The following anecdote I believe will help to illustrate the value of my association
with your firm. Connie introduced me to two people who have been instrumental in
the success of PAA. These two individuals were John Oyler currently a partner with
the law firm of McNees Wallace & Nurick and Bob Dolan, Chairman of the Board of
Conrad Siegel Actuaries.
John Oyler and I founded an automotive practice as a result of this introduction.
Today, I consider those two people to be my closest advisors on any subject.

health and welfare benefits program, our work with Kevin Erb (Consulting Actuary
and Partner in the firm) has been exemplary. Kevin forged a great relationship with
John Devlin on my staff.
On the pension side, I have engaged Bob Dolan in many philosophical discussions
regarding the trend away from traditional pension plans and my concerns for the
PAA’s ability to provide the best option to meet our employees’ needs while addressing
our long-term financial goals. I have always found his advice to be knowledgeable
and sound. We recently made the decision to transition our retirement plan to a
401(k) plan. Your firm helped us with the transition and now provides recordkeeping
and investment advisory services for the plan. We were very pleased with the outcome
and your performance. Our people have a high level of confidence in your work.
