from a recent interview with Robert J. Lawless, Senior Vice President-Treasurer
of the bank.

Q. What is it about our business relationship that you appreciate the most and why
is that important to you?

A. We appreciate the genuinely thorough and timely response
to our questions and concerns. Just about all of our dealings are with Frank Rhodes
(Consulting Actuary and Partner in the firm). Frank deserves most of the credit
for these favorable comments. He represents your firm well.

Q. What services do you find most valuable and why?
|
|
|
|
A. Conrad Siegel Actuaries provides actuarial services for our defined benefit
pension plan. Personally, my experience in business over the past 35 years is that
few service providers (data processing, communications, brokerage, accounting, etc.)
compare in overall quality to your firm.

Q. If you were to recommend our firm to another employer, what would you say is
the most important reason why they should consider Conrad

A. It would be your ability to provide prompt, high quality

to help us evaluate options for providing pension solutions to our employees in
