Job Title: Benefits Administrator
This challenging position offers the right individual an opportunity for continued growth in employee benefits. This position will involve working closely with a consultant to meet the many challenges offered by a diverse base of clients. The incumbent must possess excellent Excel expertise. This individual must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to see assignments through to completion with minimal supervision. The incumbent will be required to work with and learn new software applications. Major challenges may include: spreadsheet projects, pension calculations and estimates, government filings, and balancing assets.

Job Title: Investment Consultant
Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Conrad Siegel Actuaries, is the firm's newest and fastest growing division. This challenging position is responsible for developing and marketing financial planning services to high net worth individuals. This includes contacting prospects and attending prospect meetings for sale of investment advisory and financial planning services to individuals. The position will also be responsible for providing financial consulting and ongoing administrative services for these individual accounts.


Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in investments and financial planning and must have an understanding and appreciation of the efficient market theory. A Bachelor Degree is required. CFP or equivalent designation is required. Strong communication skills are a must.

Job Title: Actuarial Analyst
This challenging, entry level position offers the right individual an opportunity for continued growth in employee benefits. This position will perform defined benefit valuations for small and mid-sized clients. The individual we seek will interact with clients on basic retirement plan administration questions and issues. Major challenges will include: pension calculations and estimates and government filings. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science or Mathematics, strong PC and excellent communication skills. Candidate must have completed at least Exam P of the SOA exams and should attain ASA within 4 to 5 years.

Job Title: Application Programmer
This is an excellent opportunity for Visual FoxPro Developer to perform maintenance on existing systems and participate in new projects in a fast paced environment. Must have a desire to learn, programming experience with Visual FoxPro, an understanding of object-oriented programming, a willingness to work with end users and desire to gain a basic understanding of the retirement plan industry. Candidate must have strong math and analytical skills. Interested candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree in Math, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
