Frank is a consulting actuary and chair of Conrad Siegel Actuaries' compliance committee, and an investment adviser representative for Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors, Inc. He specializes in consulting for defined benefit pension plans and defined contribution retirement plans and works with private sector employers and tax-exempt organizations. Frank has special expertise in workers' compensation consulting, actuarial loss reserve calculations, and actuarial ratemaking analysis for self-insured workers' compensation funds. He is also proficient in actuarial valuations, employee communications, governmental forms preparation, and pension accounting cost calculations.
