Tom is a consulting actuary and member of Conrad Siegel Actuaries' management committee and human resources committee, and an investment adviser representative for Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors, Inc. He specializes in consulting for defined benefit pension plans, defined contribution retirement plans, and municipal pension plans. Tom works with private sector clients, tax-exempt organizations, and municipalities. Tom has special expertise in helping municipalities comply with the requirements of Act 205 and Act 600, as well as with accounting for benefits under GASB 45.

B.S. degree in actuarial science from Lebanon Valley College
