Summary Plan Descriptions are required publications that communicate general information but do not provide personal benefit details to employees. At Conrad Siegel Actuaries, we can help you use benefit statements as an effective personalized communication tool to help employees better understand and appreciate their retirement benefits under the plan. On an annual basis, we will prepare individual benefit statements for each active participant in the plan. These benefit statements will show the participant's projected retirement income from both the plan and Social Security (if applicable).
