Job Summary

At Conrad Siegel, the qualified candidate is a motivated, self-starter who has attained valuable work experience allowing them to complete all job responsibilities independently and with merit. The File Clerk reports to the Human Resources Generalist and is expected to sort, file, locate, deliver, and maintain files internally. The File Clerk provides regular support to the Mail Clerk for assembly of large outgoing mailings.

Job Responsibilities

  • File and organize documents
  • Locate and deliver requested files
  • Prepare, scan, and review files for electronic access
  • Assign proper postage and send outgoing mail
  • Assemble large outgoing mailings
  • Monitor supply of paper products and printing materials
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Physical Requirements

While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to sit for several hours at a time. The employee is regularly required to operate a computer and telephone. Work environment includes an indoor office with uniform temperatures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, required
  • Experience in a similar role, preferred
  • Ability to work with and learn new computer software
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation

This position is full-time exempt and requires an average of 37.5 hours per week. Conrad Siegel offers a competitive salary that is commensurate with education and experience.
