As a member of Conrad Siegel’s Health & Welfare team, Fred works with many self-funded health benefit plans on their claims tracking, projections, and annual ratings. Fred uses his actuarial expertise to help his clients understand the potential impact of plan design changes on reserve and rate/budget calculations.
Prior to his work in healthcare, Fred specialized in analyzing funding, accounting, and termination liabilities for corporate defined benefit plans. Fred joined Conrad Siegel in 2016, after graduating with a B.S. degree in mathematics, summa cum laude with distinction, from Syracuse University.
In March of 2019, Fred received his designation as an Associate of the Society of Actuaries. He continues to pursue his Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries on the Group & Health track. When not in the office or studying for actuarial exams, Fred enjoys mentoring athletes through the Trojan Volleyball Club and York Suburban Volleyball.
