Kevin specializes in healthcare consulting and strategic benefits planning for companies, organizations, and trusts with over 100 employees. He helps to run a team of 15 professionals that manage clients whose annual healthcare spend in total approaches $1B.
Kevin has worked at Conrad Siegel for over 25 years. Prior to starting with the firm in the Health & Welfare department in 1992, Kevin worked for 2 international consulting firms where he worked on the administration of several Fortune 500 companies’ benefit programs and consulted on the design of cafeteria plans for both large and small employers. Kevin chaired the Health and Welfare Department of Conrad Siegel for 16 years, and later moved on to Chair the Management Committee for 6 years, additionally serving in the IT, and Business Development Committees.
Kevin enjoys challenges of all types, whether it is in the office, on a sports field, or a healthy debate on current issues. Often taking the contrarian view, he likes to probe the status quo and look for new solutions, or to understand how or why decisions are made. Always open to new ideas, when out of the office he is always looking for a new activity while still enjoying some lifelong passions.
