Kristin genuinely enjoys helping employers make sure their healthcare dollars are spent to the fullest and educating them on how to best manage their out-of-pocket healthcare costs. Her consulting expertise lies in her work with educational entities and public school districts, partnering with them to understand what matters most to them and their plan.
Kristin joined Conrad Siegel in 2001. She has developed a wealth of experience in analyzing and consulting on employer’s healthcare benefits, specifically relating to benefit plan strategy, employee cost-sharing, plan funding arrangements, renewal rate negotiations and claims experience analysis.
When not busy with healthcare, Kristin enjoys watching her two boys at the ballfield or hockey rink. She is also active in leadership of the Central Dauphin School District Nutripacks program.
